Windows, Doors, and Trim Painting in Nixa, MO
This was a project where patience was definitely a virtue. The homeowner had hired a trim carpenter to install the trim and doors for them. We tried to work with the carpenters so that we could schedule the trim to be picked up by us and pre-painted before they cut and installed the trim. Then, we would come back after the trim was installed and fill all the nail holes and paint that final top coat.
When that plan works, it's awesome! It didn't work this time around.
The trim carpenters didn't meet their timeline so we basically had to chase them through the home painting right after they installed the trim. Our schedule is pretty tight and we didn't want to make the homeowner have to wait for a month for us to come back. So we dealt with the situation as it was and gained a very happy customer for life.
